### About Stellar Vietnam

For Stellar Vietnam, our priority is ambassador readiness. We help Vietnam ambassadors understand Stellar, access the right programs, connect with the right people, and move from learning to launching. Whether you're learning your first smart contract, launching a startup, or exploring fintech innovation, you can be a part of Ambassador Growth Journey.

Level 1: Community Ambassador TLDR: Community Ambassador is the entry point. You learn Stellar, host local activities, and help onboard new members. In return, you get access to training, chapter events, community support, and learning resources, with a clear path to grow into a Builder Ambassador as you go.

* What you do: Learn blockchain fundamentals Join Community Attend local event, community meetup regularly

Level 2: Builder Ambassador TLDR: Builder Ambassador is for people ready to build, not just learn. You mentor new builders, ship real projects, and join the Stellar education program. In return, you get mentorship, building experience, ecosystem introductions, early access to eco opportunities, and grant access, all inside an environment where compliance and regulatory knowledge is shared as Vietnam's market evolves.

* Focus: Mentor new builders Ship projects Accelerate Stellar education program. Bring awareness to Stellar on Social
* Requirements: Complete educational tracks Contribute technically Participate in the Stellar education program. Have an active social media presence
* Benefits: Receive Mentorship Gain Builder Experience Get Ecosystem introductions Early ecosystem opportunities Access Grant Opportunity Enter an environment built around shared regulation knowledge. As the regulatory environment evolves, we guide founders through innovation programs, sandbox initiatives, and adoption pathways, keeping compliance at the center of every decision.\* What you do: Build products Mentor and onboard new builders Participate in the Stellar education program. Active join builder challenges and learning programs

Level 3: Ecosystem Ambassador

* Focus: Local initiatives Partner outreach Startup engagement Requirements: Direct exposure to ecosystem partners Speaking opportunities Event leadership
* Benefits: Access grant and funding Receive close support from Stellar and RiseIn team Become a preferred local gateway for Stellar's expansion, capturing flow from an ecosystem that holds billions in TVL.
* What you do: Build Real Project Become ambassadors and community leaders Become Ecosystem active contributor

This local approach is already creating real impact A ready network with payments, liquidity, wallets, and on/off-ramps, all built to the latest regulations. Through Vietnam projects live on Stellar: Gaian, PesaPay, Syzy, Tasmil Finance, Lumen Liquid, Stellar Ramp, and Stellar Smart Wallet. Forming a working local stack for real users and real market needs.

Chapter activations include, but are not limited to, university tours, hackathons, bootcamps, workshops, and community meetups. These initiatives are designed to grow the local builder ecosystem, strengthen the ambassador network, and expand Stellar's presence across Vietnam. Your presence would mean a lot and help accelerate this journey!
